Our Islamic Montessori program was founded in the fall of 2020 and alhamdullilah has been growing steadily since opening our doors.  As a result of this growth, we are looking to make some additions to our team. 

QURAN TEACHER

The Quran Teacher will work directly with the students and assist in maintaining a harmonious and nurturing environment. The Quran Teacher will teach proper pronunciation and tarteel, as well as teaching Quranic understanding, memorization and tajweed. Quran Teachers are also crucial in modeling courteous and respectful behavior as well as contributing to the warm, supportive, and calm atmosphere in our Montessori classrooms. 

This position is a part-time role with a competitive rate of pay.

About You

  • Experience working with children ages 3-10 years old
  • Proper understanding of the Quran, recitation and tajweed.
  • Classroom management skills
  • Supporting social, emotional, spiritual and intellectual growth and development.

LEAD TEACHER

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Lead Teacher who has a passion for working with children and is available from 8:00am – 4:00pm. Our school has small class sizes and a wide range of students. This role is a great opportunity to receive Montessori training and apply it directly in the classroom.

ASSISTANT TEACHER

The Assistant Teacher will work directly with the Lead Montessori Teacher and will assist in maintaining a harmonious and nurturing environment. Assistant teachers will help guide the child through self-directed activities, assist in student observations and classroom preparation. Assistant Teachers are also crucial in modeling courteous and respectful behavior as well as contributing to the warm, supportive, and calm atmosphere in our Montessori classrooms.
